The Unusual, Unordinary, Un-Gala

Well, we think a lot of us can agree that all of 2020 has been a complete circus. It’s kept us on our toes and made us adapt and get creative. With that spirit in mind, Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Central Ohio is thrilled to take on the exciting and unique challenge of hosting The Unusual, Unordinary, Un-Gala! While the event is going to be a bit different, there are many ways to enjoy all the best parts of our Un-Gala right from your home or location of choice, and we have plenty of tricks up our sleeve to make your experience a night to remember!

We encourage you to fully engage in our Un-Gala by choosing a ticket package that will give you all the best perks. Packages include our favorite appetizers that Benson’s has provided at our previous events, but now you can enjoy them at home. Other perks include special access to our featured auction items similar to our typical live auction options, fun raffles, and special recognition for your company or group! You may also add wine to your order for an additional charge, and we'll include it in your food delivery/order!

We hope to see many of you utilize our Group Ticket option, allowing you to host your favorite group of 10 people for a private Un-Gala you can make your own! We’ll provide your appetizers and can add wine to your food delivery, and you can choose whether you all want to dress up, dress down, or get creative!

If you'd prefer to provide your own food or keep your evening low-key, you can register for the program & bidding access free of charge! Just choose our general ticket option to get you registered and you'll receive a link so you can bid on your favorite baskets and tune in with us.

Silent Auction Items will go live for browsing and bidding on Thursday, November 12th. That means more time to watch your favorite baskets and get all your holiday shopping done while supporting a great cause! Our special mobile bidding platform will notify you when you’ve been outbid to give you the best chance to score your favorite baskets, even when you’re not watching!

Our event will also feature an Art Show with submissions from our matches! Matches are working with local artists to create something special for our event, and guests will be able to vote for their favorites and bid on the items to take home something special. The program will feature fun local acts from musicians and entertainers and will have a special program hosted by the one and only Jan McInturf.

We know this event will be different, but we’re so excited to share this evening with all of you in a fun and creative new way!
